Starting December 26, 2023, Nutrition Services will be transitioning from LINQ Connect to SchoolCafe as the new point-of-sale system for the remainder of the 2023–2024 school year; however, menus will continue to be available on LINQ Connect. While you will be able to create an account and link it to your student, some information will not transfer to the new system (like account balances) until the start of the new semester.  Here are a few essential points to note about the point-of-sale platform transition: Transfer of Student Files: Your student's file will be transferred from LINQ Connect to SchoolCafe on December 26, 2023. This transfer includes account balances, ensuring a seamless transition. Student Balances: Rest assured, all student balances will be transferred to SchoolCafe. You will retain your existing balance without any loss or disruption. Action Required: After December 26, you will need to create an account with SchoolCafe. You will need your student ID for this step. If you do not know your student ID, it can be found in Infinite Campus. Verify your account balance and review and confirm your account preferences. If you do not set up an account with SchoolCafe, you will not be able to add money to your child’s account or get notifications. Menu Platform: While the point-of-sale system is changing to SchoolCafe, our menu platform will continue to be available through LINQ Connect for the remainder of this school year. EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, MAY 23RD: Our online meal payments portal, TITAN Family Portal, will be upgrading to LINQ Connect on Tuesday, May 23rd.  The new link will be https://linqconnect.com.  All of your information, including your username and password, will be transferred to the new platform.  TITAN Family Portal will be disabled and will reroute you to LINQ Connect for a few days. Here are the changes you will see: A simple, fresh look to allow for better accessibility An interactive dashboard to view all family members in one profile A resource center to access help guides  Streamlined menus help you see more with fewer clicks Visit your app store and search for “LINQ Connect''.  This is available now in the Google Play Store.  The Apple IOS app will be available shortly. Just log in with your existing username and password.  If you use a browser, visit LINQConnect.com to log in.   Why use the portal?  LINQ Connect allows you to set up one time or recurring payments for your student’s account. You can also view previous transactions, set spending limits, transfer funds between students, set low-balance notifications, fill out free/reduced applications and see your schools menus. It’s a convenient way to manage everything about your child's meal account.. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your support through this branding change.  

The K-5 Math Instructional Resource Review and Recommendation Committee members have completed their review of available K-5 Comprehensive Math instructional resources. The committee is recommending McGraw Hill’s Reveal Math K-5. These resources will support and enhance the daily math instruction of our K-5 students.  The instructional resources can be reviewed by following these steps: Go to the McGraw Hill website login  Username: LittletonRevealSE Password: MathStudent2024 The recommendation will be presented to the Board for discussion at the Board’s regularly scheduled meeting on April 11, 2024, and is scheduled for the Board to take action at its meeting on April 25, 2024.

Beginning this week, students across Colorado will take the Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS or CoAlt) in Grades 3–11.  These statewide assessments are considered an assessment of all students and are a part of our school accreditation and federal requirements. Make-up tests will be necessary for those absent; therefore, we request that you please try to avoid medical/dental and other appointments during testing times. For specific dates and times, please refer to schools’ websites. You can help your students perform their best by helping them get a good night’s sleep and ensuring charged testing devices as appropriate.   Check out more info as well as LPS’s assessment schedule for all grade levels.
